Our introduction of the TAASC program to Asheville has been turning heads and is even featured in this article in the Asheville Citizen-Times. This unique program will make a big difference in your child's development of positive character and self-confidence.

TAASC members enjoy lifelong benefits from the skills and knowledge they gain through outdoor adventure and service to others.

We encourage parents to join in the fun and be a part of this program also. After all, TAASC is as much a family as it is an outdoor adventure program.

We are offering 6 different trips this summer for our members. Give us a call to find out more about joining the newest Youth Adventure Program in the Asheville area.

Deposit

We only have space for 75 students so a $100 refundable deposit will secure your child's place in the TAASC program. After the program officially begins (May 1st) the deposit becomes non-refundable and is applied towards tuition. Please make checks out to "TAASC" and hand them in, together with a completed application packet, at the Evergreen Community Charter School office, or to Beth Hockman and Greg Gillett (Evergreen TAASC Directors).

Tuition

The tuition for one year, beginning May 1, 2006 is $2,500. The balance will be due on April 20th, 2006. Families may apply for financial aid if necessary. Simply request a financial aid application. We may be able to offer payment plans to a limited number of families.

Refund Policy

We know TAASC isn't for everyone so we have a generous refund policy should the member choose to drop out. If the youth member drops out, the tuition will be refunded for the remaining quarters in the TAASC year, but not including the quarter of the dropout.

New Members Joining After May 1, 2006

A wait list will be kept for youth members eager to join TAASC when there is an opening. New members' tuition will begin with the quarter in which they join.

We look forward to working with you and your children. TAASC will be a magical part or your child's development and we cannot wait to get started! If you have any questions please feel free to contact us at: evergreentaasc@bellsouth.net
